		S.I. No. 252/1995: MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) ACT, 1994 (SECTION 5) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995.
		MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) ACT, 1994 (SECTION 5) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995.
		I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 5 (6) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (No. 25 of 1994), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 (Section 5) (Commencement) Order, 1995.
		2. The 1st day of October, 1995, is hereby laid down as the date for the coming into operation of Section 5 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994 .
