The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1995. |
||
|
2. Sections 43 and 105 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 shall come into operation on the 11th day of December, 1995. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings into operation with effect from 11th December, 1995, the provisions of sections 43 and 105 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992). |
