URBAN RENEWAL ACT, 1986 (DESIGNATED AREAS) (TEMPLE BAR) ORDER, 1995.

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for the Environment by section 6 (2) of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (No. 19 of 1986), which powers are delegated to me by the Environment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995 ( S.I. No. 3 of 1995 ), I, LIZ McMANUS, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, hereby Order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 (Designated Areas) (Temple Bar) Order, 1995.

2. In this Order, "the Temple Bar Area" has the meaning assigned to it by section 2 of the Temple Bar Area Renewal and Development Act, 1991 (No. 19 of 1991).

3. The Temple Bar Area is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the Urban Renewal Act, 1986 .
