ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1996.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1996.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1996.

2. Paragraphs 6 and 9 of the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 3rd day of September, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation, with effect from the 3 September, 1996, paragraphs 6 and 9 of the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992).
