I, RICHARD BRUTON T.D., Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (No. 8 of 1996), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (Section 9) (Commencement) Order, 1996. |
||
|
2. The 30th day of May 1996 is hereby appointed as the day on which section 9 of the Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (No. 8 of 1996), shall come into operation. |
||
