I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 2 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 13 of 1996), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1996 (Commencement) Order, 1996. |
||
|
2. The 25th day of June, 1996, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 1 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 13 of 1996), shall come into operation. |
||
