S.I. No. 347/1996:

ROADS ACT, 1993 (DECLARATION OF NATIONAL ROADS) ORDER, 1996.

The Minister for the Environment, having consulted the National Roads Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10 of the Roads Act, 1993 , (No. 14 of 1993), hereby orders and declares as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1996.

2. This Order and the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Orders, 1994 and 1995 shall be construed as one and may be cited together as the Roads Act, 1993 (Declaration of National Roads) Orders, 1994 to 1996.

3. The proposed public road named in column 1 and described in column 2 of the Schedule hereto is hereby classified as a national primary road.

SCHEDULE

1	2
Northern Cross Route Extension (N32)	Between its junction with the N1 at Turnapin in the County of Fingal and its junction with R107 at Darndale in the County Borough of Dublin via Belcamp in the County Borough of Dublin.

Explanatory Note

This Order declares the proposed Northern Cross Route Extension to be a national primary road for the purposes of the Roads Act, 1993 , (No. 14 of 1993).
