S.I. No. 21/1997:

VALUATION TRIBUNAL (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1997.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations, 1997.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under section 3 (5) of the Valuation Act, 1988 , of a class mentioned in column (1) of the following Table shall be the amount specified in column (2) opposite the mention of that class.

3. The Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations, 1988 (S.I . No. 182 of 1988), are hereby revoked.
