COUNTY BOROUGH OF DUBLIN (WARDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1997.

COUNTY BOROUGH OF DUBLIN (WARDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1997.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 63 of the Local Government Act, 1994 (No. 8 of 1994) hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the County Borough of Dublin (Wards) (Amendment) Regulations, 1997.

2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 15th day of February, 1997.

3. The Schedule to the County Borough of Dublin (Wards) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 12 of 1986 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of the name "Carna" for the name "Cherry Orchard B" in the first column.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations, which amend the County Borough of Dublin (Wards) Regulations, 1986, provide for the renaming of the ward of Cherry Orchard B.
