REGIONAL TECHNICAL COLLEGES ACT, 1992 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1997

I, NIAMH BHREATHNACH, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (2) of the Regional Technical Colleges Act, 1992 (No. 16 of 1992), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and following consultation with the Dun Laoghaire Vocational Education Committee, hereby make the following Order:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Regional Technical Colleges Act, 1992 (Amendment) Order, 1997.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1997.

2. The First Schedule to the Regional Technical Colleges Act, 1992 , is hereby amended--

( a ) in column (1), by the insertion of the following:

"Coláiste Ealaine agus Deartha, Dun Laoghaire. Dún Laoghaire College of Art and Design."

and

( b ) in column (3), by the insertion of "Dun Laoghaire.".
