		S.I. No. 247/1997: HOUSING (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1997 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1997
		HOUSING (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1997 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1997
		The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24 (4) of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997 (No. 21 of 1997), hereby orders as follows:--
		1. This order may be cited as the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997 (Commencement), Order, 1997.
		2. The Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997 shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1997.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		This order brings the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1997 into operation with effect from 1st July, 1997.
