I, NIAMH BHREATHNACH, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Universities Act, 1997 (No. 24 of 1997) hereby make the following order: |

1. This order may be cited as the Universities Act, 1997 (Commencement) Order, 1997. |
||
|
2. The 16th day of June, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Universities Act, 1997 (No. 24 of 1997) shall come into operation. |
||
