I, NIAMH BHREATHNACH, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 (2) of the Youth Work Act, 1997 (No. 30 of 1997), hereby make the following order: |

1. This order may be cited as the Youth Work Act, 1997 (Commencement) Order, 1997. |
||
|
2. The 19th day of June, 1997, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Youth Work Act, 1997 (No. 30 of 1997) shall come into operation. |
||
