ELECTORAL ACT, 1997 CONSTITUENCY COMMISSION (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1997

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 5 (1) of the Electoral Act, 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby orders as follows:

1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order, 1997.

2. A Constituency Commission is hereby established to undertake the function assigned to it by Part II of the Electoral Act, 1997 .
