I, DAVID ANDREWS, T.D., Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section l(4)(a) of the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgements (European Communities) Act, 1988, as amended by section 3 of the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgements Act, 1993, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgements (European Communities) Act, 1988 (Section 1(4)) (Declaration) (Amendment) Order, 1997.
|
|
|
2. It is hereby declared that the Jurisdiction of Courts and Enforcement of Judgements (European Communities) Act, 1988 (Section 1(4)) (Declaration) Order, 1990, is amended by the addition to the First Schedule to that Order of the paragraph set out in the Schedule hereto.
|
|
|
3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1997.
|
|
|
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE
