The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 47 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 47 (1)) Order, 1998. |
||
|
2. The Republic of Iceland is hereby designated for the purposes of section 47 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994). |
||
|
