I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (No. 37 of 1998), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 1998. |
||
|
2. The Investor Compensation Act, 1998 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1998. |
||
|
