I, Mary O'Rourke, T.D., Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (1) of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (Vesting Day) Order, 1998. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of January 1999 is hereby appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of the Air Navigation and Transport (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 24 of 1998). |
