HOUSING (TRAVELLER ACCOMMODATION) ACT, 1998 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER, 1998.

I, Noel Dempsey, Minister for the Environment Local Government, in excercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(4) of the Housing (Traveller Accommodation) Act, 1998 (No. 33 of 1998), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Traveller Accommodation) Act, 1998 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 1998.

2. Sections 19 and 20 of the Housing (Traveller Accommodation) Act, 1998, shall come into operation on the 20th day of November, 1998.
