COUNTY DUBLIN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE (MEMBERSHIP) REGULATIONS, 1999.

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 of the Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1999 , hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the County Dublin Vocational Education Committee (Membership) Regulations, 1999.

2. Of the members of the County Dublin Vocational Education Committee--

(a) seven shall be elected by the council of the county of Fingal, of whom not less than three and not more than four shall be persons who are members of such council;

(b) seven shall be elected by the council of the county of South Dublin, of whom not less than three and not more than four shall be persons who are members of such council,

and

(c) two shall be elected by the council of the county of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, both of whom shall be persons who are members of such council.
