COMPANIES (FEES) ORDER, 1999.

I, NOEL TREACY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 103, 112, 311A and 395 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963) , as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1997 ), and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1998 ( S.I. No. 265 of 1998 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order, 1999.

2. This Order shall come into operation on 26th day of July, 1999.

3. Part 1 of the Eight Schedule (inserted by the Companies (Fees) Order, 1997 ( No. 358 of 1997 )), to the Companies Act. 1963 ( No. 33 of 1963 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in the second column for “£3” of “£2” opposite the entry that reads “For the provision of an uncertified copy of any matter entered in a register aforesaid”.

The purpose of this Order is to set the level of fees to be paid in connection with certain provisions of the Companies Acts, 1963 to 1999, with effect from 26 July, 1999.
