CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1999 (PARTS IV AND V) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1999.

I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(2) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (No. 10 of 1999) , hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (Parts IV and V) (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 1st day of October, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which Parts IV and V of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999 (No. 10 of 1999) , shall come into operation.
