I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Employment Equality Act, 1998 (No. 21 of 1998) , hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Equality Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 1999. |
||||||||
|
2. The 18th day of October, 1999, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Employment Equality Act, 1998 , shall come into operation. |
