I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, T.D., Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 ( No. 14 of 1999 ), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (Establishment Day) Order, 2000. |
||||||||
|
2. The 12th day of June, 2000, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Disability Authority Act, 1999 (No. 14 of 1999) . |
