NATIONAL MILK AGENCY (ELECTION DAY) REGULATIONS, 2000.

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 ( No. 25 of 1994 ) and paragraph 5(2) of the Schedule to that Act, as amended by section 4 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 41 of 1996) hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Election Day), Regulations, 2000.

2. The 27th day of October, 2000 is hereby prescribed as an election day for producer members of the National Milk Agency.

The purpose of these Regulations is to fix 27th October 2000 as an election day for the National Milk Agency.
