APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (NO. 3) ORDER, 2000. |

WHEREAS the Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment has made a request to the Government under section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997) : |

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows: |
||||||||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (No. 3) Order, 2000. |
||||||||
|
2. The Government appoints Mr. John O'Brien of 52A Foxrock Manor, Foxrock, Dublin 18 as Special Adviser to the Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment with effect from 1st December, 1999. |
