The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 58(1) and 60(3) of the Finance Act, 1993 (No. 13 of 1993) hereby makes the following Regulations:-- |

(1) These Regulations shall be cited as the Finance Act, 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 2000. |
||||||||
(2) The persons listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 60(3) of the Finance Act, 1993 . |
||||||||
2. The Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations, 1999 ( S.I. No. 355 of 1999 ) are hereby revoked. |
