I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2), of the Education Act, 1998 (No. 51 of 1998) , hereby order as follows: |

1. This order may be cited as the Education Act, 1998 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order, 2000. |
||||||||
|
2. The twenty second day of December 2000 is hereby fixed as the day on which sections 1, 8, 10, 11, 12, 18, 29 and 32 of the Education Act, 1998 (No. 51 of 1998) , shall come into operation. |
