ICC Bank Act, 2000 (Sections 5 and 7)(Commencement) Order, 2001 |

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (2) of the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000) , hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (Sections 5 and 7)(Commencement) Order, 2001. |
||||||
|
2. The 12th day of February, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 5 and 7 of the ICC Bank Act, 2000 (No. 32 of 2000) , shall come into operation. |
