The Women's Health Council (Establishment)(Amendment) Order, 2001.

The Minister for Health and Children in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 3 to 6 of S.I. No. 308 of 1997 ), hereby orders as follows:-

1.    This Order may be cited as the Women's Health Council (Establishment)(Amendment) Order 2001.

2.    The Women's Health Council (Establishment) Order, 1997 ( SI No. 278 of 1997 ) is hereby amended by the insertion of the following Article:

“28. The Local Government (Superannuation) Act, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980) and the schemes and regulations made thereunder shall apply to the Council from the 24th June, 1997.”
