Appointment of Special Adviser Order, 2001

WHEREAS the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources has made a request to the Government under section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No.27 of 1997) :

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows:

1.        This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser Order, 2001.

2.        The Government appoints Ms Katherine Licken, of 17 Tuscany Park, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources with effect from 10 April, 2001.
