Human Rights Commission Act, 2000 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001

I, John O'Donoghue, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Human Rights Commission Act, 2000 ( No. 9 of 2000 ), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Human Rights Commission Act, 2000 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001

2.       The 25th day of July, 2001, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Human Rights Commission Act, 2000 (No. 9 of 2000) .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
