I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19(2) of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (No. 20 of 2001) , hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (Section 19) (Commencement) Order, 2001. |
||||||||
|
2. The 29th day of July, 2001, is appointed as the day on which section 19 of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001 (No. 20 of 2001) , shall come into operation. |
