		Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001
		I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 ( No. 28 of 2001 ), hereby order as follows:
		1.   This Order may be cited as the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001.
		2.   The 4th day August, 2001 is fixed as the day on which Part 1 and section 111 of the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 ( No. 28 of 2001 ), shall come into operation.

		This Order provides that section 1 to 6 and 111 of the Company Law Enforcement Act, 2001 will come into force on the 4th August, 2001.
