I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 ( No. 27 of 1972 ), make the following regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 (Amendment) Regulations, 2001. |
||||||
|
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October, 2001. |
||||||
|
3. The European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 275 of 1994 ), are amended by the deletion of Regulation 12. |

These Regulations provide that the European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 are amended by the deletion of Regulations 12 with effect from 1st. October, 2001. |
