		Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 2001
		To be made by the Minister for
		Enterprise, Trade & Employment
		I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 21(2) of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act, 1998 (No. 43 of 1998) , hereby order as follows:
		1.   This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act, 1998 (Commencement) Order, 2001.
		2.   The 1st day of April, 2002, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act, 1998 shall come into operation.
