Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources) Order 2002.

WHEREAS the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of No. 27 of 1997 );

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources) Order 2002.

2.         Ciarán Ó Cuinn of 109 Parnell Street, Dublin 1 is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources with effect from 1 July 2002.
