Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions)(No. 2) Order, 2002

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No.2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977) , hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions)(No.2) Order, 2002.

2.         The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on that Minister of the Government by or under section 6, 7 and 10 of the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990 (No. 23 of 1990) are delegated to Ivor Callely, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children
