S.I. No. 26 of 2006

ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT 2001 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2006

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(9) of the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 , hereby orders as follows:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2006.

2. Section 22 of the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on the making of this Order.
