The Government, at the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Health and Children) Order, 2006. 2. Mr Tom Kelly, particulars of whose address were deposited in the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Health and Children with effect from 11 April, 2005. |
