The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 of the Building Control Act 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:- 1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 (Amendment) Order, 2006. 2. The Schedule to the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 2002 ( S.I. No. 2 of 2002 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of:- |
