I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(2) of the Children Act 2001 (No. 24 of 2001), and with the agreement of the Minister for Health and Children, hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Children Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. The 23rd day of July 2007 is appointed as the day on which the Children Act 2001 (No. 24 of 2001) shall, in so far as it is not already in operation, come into operation. |
||
