I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Remaining Provisions) (Commencement) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August 2007 is appointed as the day on which the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation. |
