PRISONS ACT 2007 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 3) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

�Iris Oifigi�il� of 28th September, 2007.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) the of Prisons Act 2007 (No. 10 of 2007), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Prisons Act 2007 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2007.

2. The 1st day of October 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 38 of the Prisons Act 2007 (No. 10 of 2007) comes into operation.
