The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources) Order 2007. |
||
|
2. Ms Br�d McGrath, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources on 15 June 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources with effect from 15 June 2007. |
