I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 9 (as amended by the Social Welfare Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2002 (No. 8 of 2002)) of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations: |

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Registration (Marriages) (Fees) (Revocation) Regulations 2007. |
||
|
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 5 November 2007. |
||
|
2. The Civil Registration (Marriages) (Fees) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 767 of 2005) are revoked. |
||
|
I consent to the foregoing Regulations. |
