EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (PESTICIDE RESIDUES) (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) REGULATIONS 2007

I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive No. 2007/55/EC of 17 September 2007 ¹ , Commission Directive No. 2007/56/EC of 17 September 2007 ² , Commission Directive No. 2007/57/EC of 17 September 2007 ³ and Commission Directive No. 2007/62/EC of 4 October 2007 ⁴ , hereby make the following Regulations-

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2007.

2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. No. 654 of 2006 ) are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for-
