CONTROL OF EXPORTS ACT 2008 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2008

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 6th May, 2008.

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12(2) of the Control of Exports Act 2008 (No. 1 of 2008), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008.

2. The 5th day of May 2008 is appointed as the day on which the Control of Exports Act 2008 (No. 1 of 2008) comes into operation.
