		CRIMINAL JUSTICE (MUTUAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 2008 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2008
		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd August, 2008.
		I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 (No. 7 of 2008), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008.
		2. The 1st day of September 2008 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 (No. 7 of 2008), other than Part 3, comes into operation.
