I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Parts 3, 4, 5 and section 115(2)) (Commencement) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. The day fixed as the day on which Part 3 (other than sections 58 and 61), Part 4, Part 5 (other than Chapter 1) and section 115(2) of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) come into operation is 1 December 2009. |
